DRAIN &SEWER CLEANING

The QTS Group own and operate a fleet of EUROVAC 2000 combination units.

The EUROVAC 2000 has a high pressure jetting pump capable of up to 106 gpm/477 lpm at pressures up to 2600 psi/170 bar.

High airflow suction up to 4700 cfm/133 m3/min at suctions up to 15 in Hg/450 mbar or 3700 cfm/104.8 m3/min at suctions up to 28 in Hg/850 mbar.

Separate clean water and debris tanks, each with up to 2000 gals/9.09m3 capacity

Rear mounted jetting reel swivels 90 degrees and carries up to 660 ft/200 m of 1 in/25.4 mm thermoplastic jetting hose.

All of our plant is manned by trained operatives with extensive experience in the industry.

RECYCLING UNIT

The QTS Groups Recycler has been developed for continuous operation, where the suction and the jetting function at the same time, without long breaks. The Recycler is suitable for continuous operation, cleaning of large pipe lines and it is adequate for areas with a lack of water supply.

The tank has a capacity of 14,000 litres which is fully adjustable to fill with clean water or debris or indeed a combination of both.

The airflow suction has a capacity of 26,000lpm and the Uraca pump has a capability of 471lpm at 2000psi/150 bar.

The Recycling of the jetting water is in 3 processes via 2 filters and cyclones.

The plant is operated by our experienced manpower trained by the machine manufacturer.
